VoteStay is a free tool from Dream OPS B.V. (Netherlands) that helps groups pick accommodation together. By using it you agree to the following.
What VoteStay is (and isn't)
VoteStay lets a group collect Booking.com listings and vote on them. We do not sell travel, process bookings or payments, and we make no promises about the accuracy of listing names, photos or anything else pulled from public pages. Always check details on Booking.com before booking.
Fair use
Parties are open to anyone with the code: share it only with your group. Any member can add and remove listings. Don't use VoteStay to spam, harass, post unlawful content, or hammer the service with automated traffic. We rate-limit and may remove content or block access to keep the service healthy.
Data lifecycle
Parties expire 90 days after their last activity and are then deleted. Treat VoteStay as a scratchpad for a decision, not a place to store anything you need to keep.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream OPS B.V. is not liable for any damages arising from its use. Dutch law applies.
